Cavyn Sanders is a commercial litigator and shareholder at WKPZ whose practice focuses on commercial disputes. Cavyn has a wide array of legal experience representing clients in all phases of litigation involving contracts, real estate, trust and fiduciary litigation, and fraud. Cavyn’s clients include companies and individuals in a wide array of professional sectors, including energy, health, commercial property, construction, religious organizations, and private equity. His legal experiences have afforded him the opportunity to represent clients in both state and federal courts throughout the country, as well as in international and domestic arbitration.
Cavyn takes a pragmatic approach to legal matters, which often leads to favorable results for his clients without requiring them to expend large sums of their funds on legal fees.
