Spencer J. Salvador is an associate in WKPZ’s construction and litigation divisions. He combines his previous construction experience as a project manager at a large higher education campus with his experience in the Trial Bureau at the Harris County District Attorney’s office to navigate the complexities of construction and litigation matters.
As part of the firm’s litigation team, Spencer assists with pre-litigation negotiations, trials, arbitrations, and appeals. He provides counsel in matters involving breach of contract, trade secrets, employment issues, complex business torts, real estate disputes, and many other areas.
On the construction side, Spencer advises clients through all project stages—from pre-development through completion. He is experienced in drafting strategic agreements, representing clients in complex construction litigation over issues like defects and delays, and guiding clients through various construction transactions.
Whether the matter involves litigation or construction law, Spencer prioritizes efficiency and keen attention to detail.
